Encore Jobs attaches great value to handling your personal data in accordance with the fundamental principles relating to the processing of personal data. This privacy statement applies to the abovementioned websites of Encore Jobs, as well as the further (recruitment) services that we provide to you or your organization generated through our websites and recruitment platforms. We process your personal data in a fair, lawful and transparent manner, correctly and with due care.

We do not process Special and/or sensitive personal data. If you upload a passport photo (this is voluntary), you thereby give permission for its storage and publication. When registering on the website you can choose to create your profile with (data from) your social media profile (facebook, linkedin, google etc). This is not mandatory.
We do not use your social media page(s) and/or profile(s) to monitor you or to merge databases.

We do not share your personal data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you, improving our website (whereby your IP address may be processed) or to comply with a legal obligation. To protect your privacy, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy.
Encore Jobs will respond to this in writing within one month of receipt of your request. We may contact you in order to adequately process your request. Depending on the complexity and the number of requests, Encore Jobs is entitled to extend this period by two additional months. You shall be informed by Encore Jobs of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay. Encore Jobs only accepts to process your data protection rights after we have had the opportunity to identify you properly.

Encore Jobs can reject a request to exercise your data protection rights if:
