We not only guide your application, but also your stay and work (career) abroad. Intensive guidance for the first 3 months ensures a 'carefree' training period. It's nice that you can go through these first months 'together' with us, after all, it's exciting enough! So you are certainly not alone with ours support and guidance (completely in Dutch) on location!

We have a care & support programin whichWe guarantee the coaching from the start to the end of the nesting period (approximately 12 weeks) at work. During the onboarding (1st day) and the training (1/2/3 weeks) we have frequent contact to address any questions and bottlenecks. A good start is half the battle! We then remain connected to monitor progress at work (well-being, development, collaboration) and to optimally protect your 'interests'.look after.

In addition to support and coaching, we are also there to help you 'find your way' in beautiful Portugal. We speak the language, know the culture and have a lot of experience with companies and government agencies. Whether you need help with (public) transport, administrative matters, documents, registrations, travel plans, medical matters... we are ready to assist you and will sort everything out for you.  That is how it works!
